Masthead Lights
Ship lights placed above the mast of the ship or above the centerline of the fore and aft show uninterrupted light in a horizontal arc of 225 degrees and are so arranged that the light is displayed from directly ahead of the ship to within 22.5 degrees aft of each side of the ship.
Sidelights
The red lights on the port side and the green lights on the starboard side, placed on the left and right sides of the highest deck of the ship, each display uninterrupted lights within a horizontal arc of 112.5 degrees, and are installed so that the lights go from the front of the ship to the lights on their respective sides. Displayed respectively within 222.5 degrees after the vertical and horizontal.
The sidelight shutters facing the light shall be painted with matt black paint. The height of the shutter is at least equal to the height of the lamp. Barges with a length of more than 80 meters shall be provided with red and green sidelights at the bow and stern respectively.
Taillight
White light was placed in the middle of the stern. Displays uninterrupted light in a horizontal arc of 135 degrees, and is fitted so that the light is displayed from directly behind the ship to within 67.5 degrees on each side in the ship lights.
The height of the mast lights should be as level as possible with the sidelights, but not higher than the sidelights.
Bow Lights
Refers to a white light placed on the bow of the pushed barge, showing an uninterrupted light in a horizontal arc of 180 degrees.
It shall be so fitted that the light shall be displayed within 90 degrees from the front of the ship to each side, but not higher than the sidelights.
All-round Light
A light that displays uninterrupted light within a 360-degree horizontal arc.
Red & Green Flash
It is a flashing all-round light with red on the left and green on the right installed above the sidelights, with a frequency of 50 to 70 flashes per minute.
Motorboats with a length of fewer than 12 meters can also use red and green light water flashlights instead of red and green flashing lights, but the lights should be kept bright and the colors are clear and distinct.
Yellow Flashing Light
Yellow flashing all-around lights mounted on fast boat masts with a frequency of 50 to 70 flashes per minute.
Red & Green Two-color Lights
Installed at the position of the mast light, it displays red light from the front of the ship to 222.5 degrees behind the port side transverse, green light within 222.5 degrees behind the starboard transverse, and white light from the right behind the ship to 67.5 degrees per chord merging lamps.
Masthead Lights
Also known as “Anchor Lights”. White light was mounted on the top of the mast. Horizontal illumination angle of 360 degrees, all around.
The regulations concerning boat lights shall be observed from sunset to sunrise. Marine warning lights can also be used in situations of poor daytime visibility.
